Taylor Swift Borong 5 Piala di iHeartRadio Music Awards 2023

Ajang penghargaan iHeartRadio Music Awards 2023 baru saja berlangsung di Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles, pada Senin (27/3/2023) malam waktu setempat. Musisi Taylor Swift dianugerahi Innovator Award atas pengaruhnya terhadap budaya pop dunia.

Melalui lagu-lagunya, Taylor Swift dinilai telah memberikan inspirasi terhadap generasi muda di seluruh dunia. Pelantun 'Back To December' itu juga dinilai telah melakukan pembelaan terhadap hak perempuan.

"Taylor Swift juga mengadvokasi hak-hak perempuan dan komunitas LGBTQ+, menggunakan musik dan platformnya untuk menginspirasi kaum muda agar menggunakan hak pilih mereka," tulis iHeartRadio, dikutip dari Hollywood Reporter.

Swift sangat berterima kasih kepada para penggemarnya yang telah mendukung karya-karyanya hingga saat ini. Ia juga meminta kepada anak muda untuk tidak takut untuk mewujudkan idenya, seberapapun jelek ide tersebut.

“Saya benar-benar ingin semua orang tahu, terutama anak muda, bahwa ratusan atau ribuan ide bodoh yang saya miliki telah membawa saya ke ide bagus,” kata Taylor Swift.

Taylor Swift membawa pulang lima penghargaan di iHeartRadio Music Awards 2023, yakni Song of the Year, Best Lyric, Favorite Use of a Sample, TikTok Bop of the Year dan iHeartRadio Innovator.

Sementara penghargaan Artist of the Year berhasil diraih oleh Harry Styles. Selain Artist of the Year, Harry Styles juga meraih penghargaan Favorite Tour Style dan Favorite Residency.
