Alicia Keys Luncurkan Lagu Baru untuk Pejuang Medis COVID-19

Di tengah pandemi virus corona yang melanda dunia, berbagai figur publik termasuk para selebriti Hollywood menggunakan suara mereka untuk membawa positivitas dan memberikan semangat kepada para semua orang yang terkena dampak COVID-19. 

Dengan itu, musisi Alicia Keys meluncurkan sebuah lagu baru berjudul ”Good Job" untuk menyemangati para pejuang medis yang melawan COVID-19. Saat tampil di CNN, pemenang Grammy berusia 39 tahun ini menjelaskan bahwa lagu ini juga bersifat pribadi untuknya. “Setiap kali saya memainkan lagu ini, saya ingin menangis karena saya memikirkan ibu saya, nenek saya, dan teman-teman saya yang melalui masa sulit,” jelasnya.

Dengan adanya pandemi ini, Alicia berkata bahwa lagu ini memiliki makna lain. “Banyak orang berpikir bahwa mereka tidak bekerja atau berfungsi dengan baik. Mereka merasa seperti sedang tenggelam, dan tidak akan tiba sebuah hari di mana segalanya lebih baik. Fast forward to now, dengan keadaan sekarang, rasanya lagu ini sempurna untuk kondisi saat ini.”
