Pemenang ajang penghargaan MTV Movie & TV Awards 2023 telah diumumkan pada Minggu (7/5) waktu setempat. Dari serial The Last of Us hingga Selena Gomez berhasil membawa pulang piala penghargaan MTV Movie & TV Awards 2023.

Penghargaan MTV Movie & TV Awards 2023 didominasi serial The Last of Us, yang memenangkan tiga dari lima kategori nominasi. Serial The Last of Us terpilih menjadi Best Show atau serial televisi terbaik, Best Hero untuk Pedro Pascal, serta Best Duo untuk Pedro Pascal dan Bella Ramsey.

Untuk kategori film terbaik MTV Movie & TV Awards 2023 diraih film Scream VI. Film Scream VI juga membawa pulang penghargaan Best Fight 'Gale Weathers vs. Ghostface'.

Selain itu, juga ada Selena Gomez yang berhasil meraih piala Best Music Documentary, melalui lagunya My Mind & Me. Sementara kategori Best Song diraih oleh Taylor Swift dengan lagu Carolina.
